Machining

Hi-Standard has experience in machining since 1967.

We are experienced in machining most metals, but most commonly Steel, Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys and Aluminum.

Conventional Mills, Lathes, Gang Drills, Grinding and all the attachments allow us to be very efficient with prototypes or small runs, but also complement our CNC capabilities when involved with production runs.

All of our machines are regularly maintained to remain in top working order to insure quality parts for our customers.

The implementation/addition of 3D modeling along with Blueprint design allows us to provide to the customer, a very personalized interaction, as well as being able to import a customer’s Blueprint or 3D part and generate the program for CNC machining, gives us the reduced “Print to Part” time that our customers have come to respect.

Operating to military specifications, we generate First article and in-process inspection reports on all jobs, and keep records and material certifications on record for a minimum of 7 years.

We have most attachments to go with each machine, as well as cabinets full of drills, end mills, taps, boring heads, fly cutters, slitting saws, reamers, etc. to insure that we have the required equipment to get the job done quickly and accurately.
